Rdio App Makes Personalized Streaming Free

Rdio, the digital music service app that is available on both iOS and Android, has announced it’s personalized streaming stations are now free on mobile for all iOS and Android users. All users are invited to listen to all of Rdio’s stations, with a library of over 20 million songs, at no cost even those who’s subscriptions have ended. They have also announced two new features to the app. Station Sharing, share any song, station, artist even genre via facebook and Twitter (Google+ was not mentioned). Playlist and album stations, which is self-explanatory.

Sprint Calling On Developers To Create The Next Big App

Sprint is issuing a challenge to developers to bring their app ideas to CITA’s MobileCon in San Jose California and turn those ideas into the real deal. They are dubbing this challenge the Sprint Hackathon and it will be held Friday, Oct. 17-18 at MobileCon. Sprint is throwing in FREE registration to MobileCon including all the keynotes, panel discussions, thought leadership stages, trade show and networking just for registering for the Hackathon.  Looks like there will be categories and prizes for this Hackathon, take a look at the list below.

T-Mobile Announces Hiring Events for Veterans

There are 3500 open positions that T-Mobile hopes to fill with U.S. Armed Forces, and active members of the National Guard, and Reserves. T-Mobile is already has a significant amount of employees who have served or serve in the military.

Sherwin-Williams Releases ColorSnap Google Glass App

Sherwin-Williams becomes the first major consumer brand to launch a Google Glass Application. The application was developed by Resource, one of the largest independent marketing agencies in the country. The app is available for download to your Google Glass but is still in beta and will likely have a few bugs and issues that will need to be ironed out.

Rogers And Sprint Bring Connected Cars To Canada
